As our IT Network Support Assistant you'll learn to provide 1st and 2nd level support to a wide group of users across several operating sites. It's an excellent development role that could provide the right person with the training and support to take their technical skills to another level.

Media Concierge is a fast growing, independently owned and highly profitable multi-media, marketing and advertising network of solutions providers. The business is enjoying significant growth and we are currently strengthening our Network Support team. Supporting over 150 people, some remotely, you will offer telephone and face-to-face support, advice and problem solving - a total help desk solution. This will include:

Diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems

Managing and maintaining all equipment, including presentation tools, mobile phones, iPads, laptops and PCs.

If you can prove you have the right level of expertise and knowledge, either through training or experience, we'll provide additional training and personal development to enable you to support:

Windows Server 2012 Virtual Environment

Remote Desktop Session Host Environment

Windows 10 laptops

MS Exchange Server 2010

Office 2016

Microsoft 365

VOIP Phone System

Local and remote networking - LAN's, WAN's, Firewalls etc.

Back Up software/strategies and anti virus systems.

You'll need to be a logical thinker with good analytical and problem solving skills. Some previous IT experience or training would be an advantage but is not essential. However, it is important that you are highly self-motivated and hardworking, willing to learn and take responsibility as well as being presentable and possessing good communication skills.

The rewards for achievement are considerable and include the opportunity to establish your career in IT Support with a rapidly growing company. There is also scope for you to work alongside the department head and to take on more responsibility as the business grows.
