The Role:Manage day-to-day job requirements in the South region of the UK by ensuring all Technicians have relevant information/resources.Overall supervision of Service Technicians including inductions, training, development and appraisals.Field Based Role. Visiting the Bristol office/staying away from home a few nights a week.Monday to Friday (8am - 4.15pm) The Person:Supervisory experience, with some understanding of HVAC systems.Flexible with required travel.Must pass full DBS checksLooking to become an integral part of a company and progress their career.
