Machine Learning Research Scientist This Machine Learning Research Scientist sits on the algorithms team of a growing AI startup in Zurich, Switzerland in the development of next-generation end-to-end smart sensing solutions to be used in wearable and IoT devices. It is highly preferred to be based on-site in Zurich and our client is happy to relocate people to enable this, but if it is highly suitable for you and you want to be considered on a remote basis this is also possible. Primary responsibilitiesBuild training pipelines and real-time inference modelsResearching state-of-the-art deep neural networks and the relevant applicationsCompleting feasibility studies and working closely with the HW architects to define the strategyRequired experience
PhD in Computer Vision or Deep LearningExcellent publication track record i.e. at least one relevant first-author in ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS or ECCV.Expertise in the application of various Neural Networks such as CNNs (Convolutional Neural Networks), LSTMs (Long Short-Term Memory)TensorFlow or PyTorchPython or C++What’s on offer?
