Test AnalystModis are currently working in partnership with a market leading service provider to recruit an experienced Test Analyst to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving business with ongoing exposure to new technologies. Please note this is a remote role with flexibility required to travel to client sites UK wide. The RoleAs a Test Analyst you will have the opportunity to work on functional test projects allowing you to stay hands on creating and executing test cases but also gaining access to cutting edge tools and technologies. You will be working across multiple disciplines and sectors so you will therefore need to be of a consultative nature and be able to liaise with individuals of varying levels of technical knowledge. The Responsibilities Participate in business and functional requirement reviewsParticipate in walkthroughs of the application/system design and technical requirementsDefine conditions and test casesWrite detailed test scriptsMaintain traceability between test cases and requirementsSpecify test data requirements and production of test dataDefine detailed test sets and test run orderMaintain traceability between tests and defects raisedSupport root cause analysis processes for defects identifiedExecute testing and record defects foundSupport UAT as required The RequirementsIdeally you will have worked in a Consultancy based backgroundBroad range of functional test experience gained across multiple sectorsExperience operating within modern (e.g., Agile/ SCRUM/ BDD) and traditional test methodologiesAdept to working with a broad range of Test Management tooling (e.g., ALM/ Jira/ DevOps)Proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clientsOrganised and able to manage workloads to deliver against agreed priorities and deadlines, escalating to your Test Lead/Manager if requiredComfortable working in a fast paced, challenging, and dynamic environmentProactive approach to managing work levels and actions If you are looking for an exciting new challenge to join a growing and outgoing team please apply now.Modis International Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers in the UK.
