As the TSG Academy Team Leader, you will support and develop our groups of Trainee Consultants whilst they complete a training programme to become an expert in some of TSG's busiest Microsoft practices. This position requires a strong leader, who has a flexible approach and is able to adapt themselves to suit individual learning styles. You will work closely with our Operations Managers across the business to coordinate on the job training, as well as ensuring that our Trainee Consultants objectives are set and met, to keep them on track for graduation and moving into a permanent role within the businessWho are we?
