South-Central Institute of Technology (IoT) in partnership with Activate Learning, are proud to be launching a new programme of digital learning from our Reading Campus and has extensive growth plans across the coming 5 years.

We are looking to attract an industry professional in Data Analysis, who wants to change pathways to work with young people, utilising their skills in a new and exciting way.

Our aim, redesigning the landscape of how technology learning experiences are delivered. It is happening now, we are embracing and leading on new challenges, disrupting traditional education, and innovating and remastering the student experience.  We are looking for someone exceptional, entrepreneurial, motivated, and ready to influence others. This is a relationship building role and we want to ensure our success by maximising the relationships we have built with our partners and driving up our learner numbers. The activities you undertake will focus on enhancing learner experience by unlocking partner commitments and ensuring that learning is delivered in a way that is relevant and aligned to the industry standards. 

What do you need to be successful in this role?

You will ideally be an experienced Data Analyst, with experience across various industries and systems, with the ability to communicate to people who have little or no understanding of this sector in a way that is compelling, interesting, and inspiring.

Through education, training and coaching you will equip students with the skills but also relate their learning to current and future industry requirements and emerging technologies.  You will stay abreast of the evolution of technology and ensure that our offering is compelling and engaging.

You may not have considered a role like this before, where your experience of training, coaching, or mentoring in a previous role could offer you an exciting opportunity to support the future learning and development of the digital sector.

You will be joining a new and exciting venture, supported by one of the largest Education Providers in the UK.  You will be provided with peer-to-peer learning to shape the future offering that we deliver across the South Central IoT.  This is a huge venture, and you will be supported at every step of the way to set you up for success. We have extensive technology in place to ensure working for home and flexible working options, especially in these times.
