I am currently recruiting for a ServiceNow CMDB Analyst for an award winning e-commerce giant who are going through a period of transformational change and aggressive growth.

Rate: £550-650 P/D (DOE)

Location: Full-Remote

IR35: Inside

My client are currently looking for a CMDB Analyst who will be responsible for identifying and documenting the data items required in ServiceNow to satisfy the business requirements.

Responsibilities: Identifying the golden source of all required data items (including Foundation data) that are required for ServiceNow, document in the data design document, and ensure the data is available for the ServiceNow implementer.Identifying and supporting necessary proof of concepts to validate the identified data sources are readily available to support ServiceNow data requirements.Work with the Integration team to identify licence and config/development work necessary to support ServiceNow and support the project manager to raise required work orders and change requests.Where data needs to be imported manually, ensure the data is cleaned and formatted correctly for importing into ServiceNow.Where data is provided via integration's, ensure the data is mapped, cleaned, complete and formatted correctly for importing into ServiceNow.
