This role is for a confident, experienced Business Analyst to join my insurance client as they expand their Business Analyst team. This role is focused on business change and transformation around business process re-engineering and delivering on business strategy change

We can consider a Business Analyst earlier in their career, as long as you ate comfortable and confident gathering requirements, running workshops and working with senior level stakeholders.

We can also look at experienced mid-level Business Analysts with experience within insurance who wants to have a bigger voice on business change process projects

Salary is £40,000- £55,000 dependant on experience

Requirements

• Business analyst
• Experience gathering requirements and Presenting information and running workshops
• Experience with both Agile and waterfall is useful
• The focus of this Business Analyst role is Business process, business change
