Sage Line 5001000 Technical Support Consultant Full Time Role Hours 9 - 5.30pm Working Remotely My client are a well known and respected Sage business partner looking for a Sage Line 5001000 Technical Support Consultant to add to the team. As Sage 1000 end of life has been announced the first 2 years of this role will consist of supporting the current Sage 1000 customer base then after that you will be cross trained onto one of the other products they do to assist with migrating the customers onto new respective systems aligned with their business needs.Core Skills Required:* Experience of line 500 1000 essential* Sage Line 5001000 Application installation and configuration.* Knowledge of the System management of Sage 1000* Sage Printer setup* Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems client and server* SQL server installation and support skills preferably from SQL Server 2005 up to 2019.* Windows Printer setup.* Windows server knowledge and support preferably from Windows Server 2003 up to 2019.* Windows OS for PC knowledge, from Windows 7 onwards.* Java installation and configuration. Knowledge of the following advantageous:* Microsoft Outlook support.* Microsoft Office support.* Sage CRM.* Sage 50 Payroll.* Sage 1000 to CRM Integration.* Sage Report Designer - ability to design reports.* Sage Layout Manager screen design skills.* Sage Forms Designer screen and report design skills.* Sage Paperless installation and configuration.* Version One DbForm, DbMail.* Draycir Spindle.* Crystal Reports design.* Windows Hyper-V virtual environment
