Mechanical Design Engineer

Plymouth

£35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + 25 Days Holiday (+ 8 Bank Holidays) + Pension + Extra Benefits

The company are a well-established, highly revered manufacturing company in the Plymouth area with sites across the world who not only are renowned for the quality of their products but also for being a leading and progressive employer within the area. Due to growth they are currently looking for a Design Engineer to work within their Design Engineering team.

In this role you report to the Design Manager and be working directly with clients, designing and developing new and existing mechanical products. You will be comfortable bring customer briefs into reality and also conduct reviews on your teams work.

The person will come from a Design Engineering background ideal with a relevant qualification to go along with your experience. They will consider different CAD packages although experience with Creo and/or Inventor would be beneficial.
