I am currently looking for a VP of Engineering to join an exciting start up working on RFIC technology, this position will take responsibility for the direct management of their hardware and software development teams. You will be responsible for the planning and budgeting to transform their technical concepts into operational plans, taking ownership of all technical specifications including the planning of production. As well as having experience with the above, you will need to have relevant industry experience within semiconductor, system engineering, RFIC or antenna product development as well as the belowPast experience with direct line management, including building a team, performing appraisals and continuous training & development for your teamMust be fluent in English Experience working within a fast-paced start-up is preferred If you are interested in discussing the position further, please contact Emily Wright @ IC Resources
