Job Description

Our global leader in cloud talent solutions client are looking for a Project Manager with Business Change experience to lead cross-departmental Business Change initiatives. You will be responsible for working with the Business Change team to enhance existing practices and work closely with all key stakeholders up to Board level. Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful delivery of projects and programmes through the whole life-cycle, from developing business cases through to design, implementation, and transition to BAU
• Provide advice and guidance to drive adoption of the agreed framework at all levels within business
• Work closely with key stakeholders to support and educate them on running successful business change projects, sharing knowledge on best practice
• Manage risks, issues, change requests and dependencies within projects and programmes

Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive Experience in Project Management
• Experience of delivering strategic business change projects
• Experience in Business Analysis
• Experience of working with multiple departments across front and back office
• General knowledge of the Insurance Industry is desirable
