I'm working with an FE organisation who are looking for an Interim HR Manager, 3month contract, 5days a week to start immediately.You will play a key role in both leading the HR operation in the College and supporting the Senior Leadership and Management teams with HR strategy.You will be overseeing the HR Officer and Payroll & Pensions Officer and with responsibility for the entire employee life cycle, the HR Manager will deliver an efficient and effective HR service to the staff of the College at all levels.The HR department is currently using access HR select system, but it is not essential for you to have experience using this.It is essential to have experience working within the education sector Contract length: 3monthsLocation: London, 5days a week onsiteRate: NegotiableStart date: ASAP If you would like to discuss this role in more detail please contact Sophie FlemingPlease click here to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
