This is an ideal role for someone who has worked in an application and systems focused role alongside a more traditional help-desk/IT support team. It would suit someone who enjoys being involved in support and maintenance whilst also having responsibility for, and input into, the technology road map. Responsibilities include:Provide support to end users and respond to queries raised in our D365 help-desk. The D365 Support Analyst will be responsible for handling a range of queries related to areas such as access, work-flow management, purchase to pay, project management, time and expensesResearch and recommend solutions to problems raised by usersAdministration of starters, movers and leaversReport and investigate bugs and incidentsPeriodic system administration tasks such as batch job monitoring, error resolution and user access reviews (including control activities required under Sox)Maintain and update training materials on the D365 HubSupport hypercare for new regions moving onto D365 Working for an expanding, and well known, national organisation in Central Leeds.

Experience should include support of applications based the below technologies: ERP system experience. Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations experience an advantageStrongly customer-focused, used to providing support to demanding users and teamsMust be comfortable with working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, and demonstrate flexibility and a "can-do" attitudeQuick learner - analytically minded, able to break down and understand information. Experience of project accounting and finance an advantageExperience of working with role based access control an advantage
