Start date: ASAPOur exceptional client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their fantastic organisation. The ideal candidate will be a caring, passionate person who would take pride in their work and make a difference. You will be hands-on within a growing housing organisation supporting the digital strategy. ResponsibilitiesComplete stakeholder analysis to scope and plan business analysis activities, ensuring outputs contribute effectively to the overall delivery plan and align with IT/IM Architecture Design Principles.Lead the requirements management process through the full delivery lifecycle through effective elicitation, validation and prioritisation; ensuring clear and testable acceptance criteria.Produce artefacts to meet the expected timescales, size and complexity. This may include: Process Taxonomies, Process Designs, Functional Specifications, Business Requirements Documents and Requirements Traceability matrices. Maintain a good knowledge of leading business practice and technology both inside and outside of the sector, identifying opportunities to improve business efficiency.

Essential SkillsProven track record of working autonomously as Business Analyst on a range of projects from initiation through to operational acceptance.Experience of requirements management through the full software delivery lifecycle.Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively lead, facilitate and provide constructive challenge.Significant Business Analysis experience and prior coverage of delivering in waterfall/iterative/agile methodologiesExperience of business process modelling methods, with a proven track record of delivering quantifiable process improvements through the application of different techniques.BenefitsHybrid workingAuto-Enrol Pension (salary sacrifice) The role is LIVE and my client is looking to hire.
