Senior Technology Risk Analyst London / WfH to £80k

Senior Technology Risk Analyst / Manager *Hybrid WfH*. Global FinTech is seeking an experienced Technology Risk Manager in a senior, hands-on individual contributor role (no direct reports). Reporting to the Head of Technology Risk you will build an in-depth understanding of the internal IT risk landscape, ensuring that all key risks are identified, assessed and managed.

As a Senior Technology Risk Analyst you will carry out "2^nd line Defence" activities to monitor and report on technology risks; develop and maintain risk management frameworks, methodologies and independent assurance activities. You'll provide oversight and collaborate with stakeholders to influence decision making and drive improvements in risk policies and procedures, you'll promote the use of best practice and develop and maintain risk reporting KPIs and dashboards.

There's a remote interview / onboarding process as well as work from home during with a great deal of flexibility (2 days office, flexible start times); when you are in the office you'll be based in the City with an upbeat team environment, casual dress code and a range of facilities.

Requirements:

You have strong knowledge and experience in technology risk management

You have experience of performing technical assessments and identifying technology risks by applying business, technical and industry knowledge

You're able to critically assess technology processes and make recommendations for improvement

You have advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
