SAP CRM Support Consultant6-Month Contract100% Remote - EU Candidates Eligible£400-500 p/Day

Role & ResponsibilitiesSolve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP applications functionality and technologyWork closely with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs, support business change and deliver a consistently high quality customer experienceProvide remote-based functional support & training for your SAP CRM moduleSupport client customisation's, sharing implementation and best practices advice

Skills & QualificationsRelevant SAP experience particularly with Basis, Middleware and Enterprise Portal Administration/2JEE/ABAP (Dual-stack), including System Administration, User Administration, Content Administration Strong experience in direct support of application end-users in a Corporate environmentExperience in SAP CRM configuration, installation and administrationExperience of supporting SAP Netweaver programmes extremely advantageous
