Junior Software Developer Reading to £25k

Junior Software Developer (Comp Sci Ruby JavaScript). Are you a talented and highly ambitious Computer Science Graduate looking for your first Software Developer role? Are you passionate about coding and keen to progress your career within a supportive and collaborative environment?

You could be joining a hugely successful CRM provider based near Reading.

As a Junior Software Developer, you will join a talented engineering team of 10 where you will be mentored by a highly experienced and knowledgeable developer. You will gain exposure to the full development lifecycle and work across multiple systems on both the front end and the backend components. The team use a wide range of technologies including Ruby, JavaScript, SQL, Linux, HTML, and CSS and the platform is built on modern web standards delivering an extensible server environment supporting many users whilst meeting high reliability and availability requirements.

This role is based close to Reading within a friendly and sociable office environment.

Requirements:

You are a Computer Science graduate who has achieved a 2:1 or above

You are keen to progress a career in software development and have a passion for technology and coding

You have a good understanding of at least one OO programming language such as: C#, C++. Java, Python, or JavaScript (the team use Ruby and JavaScript)

You are keen to learn new skills

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
