Technical Support Engineer- Very Competitive Rate

One of the World's largest flooring manufacturers, is expanding their IT team, and looking for two Technical Support Engineers. You will be working alongside the other Technical Support Engineer and Apprentice, to ensure a high-level of PC and desktop support is given to the business.

Skills / Environment (not essential):

*Working knowledge of Windows server.

*Windows 10

*Active Directory

*O365, including managing and maintaining SharePoint and OneDrive.

*Microsoft scripting technologies, including PowerShell, VBA, and VBScript.

*Commercial experience of Terminal Services and/or a Citrix environment.

*Knowledge and experience of Microsoft SQL (DBA and/or T-SQL).

As the successful Support Engineer, you will be monitor, update and escalate calls to ensure SLA's are achieved, fault-find and maintain all forms of desktop hardware and software (including laptops) used in the organisation.
