We are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis.
The Role
As an Application Support Analyst, you will provide flexible, ongoing support to our IT services, systems and business applications.
Predominantly using Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint and Dynamics, you will support and develop a range of systems, from finance through to manufacturing.
You will administer and support business applications, ensuring the systems work efficiently and support business processes.
You will also manage and document the changes made to systems, ensuring that cyber security is not compromised and the systems are fit for purpose.
About You
To be considered as an Application Support Analyst, you will need:
- Experience of SharePoint administration and configuration
- Experience of Dynamics Customer Service administration
- An understanding of integration methods between systems
- An understanding of active directory and its role in security
- An awareness of cyber security and its implications
Manufacturing business experience would be beneficial to your application, as would PowerBI and reporting skills. SQL and database skills would also be advantageous.
