Change+ is Grayce's first development programme launched when the business was founded. Our ever-growing community of graduates are now supporting cutting-edge change and digital transformation projects nationwide. From helping the organisation that's created a COVID-19 vaccine, to organising an international, digital festival at a Magic Circle law firm. Grayce empowers graduates to drive their own development and reach their potential. This programme is designed to fast-track your career in change and transformation.

Our three-year Development Programme equips you with the technical tools, accredited qualifications and hands-on experience to succeed. You'll be able to drive your career in change and transformation, analysts on the change+ programme are working in roles across Business Analysis, Project Management, PMO, Product Owner and Scrum Master.

You'll start working with a client right from the start and be working in the heart of change and transformation. The first year of the development programme will develop your foundation of skills and knowledge and you'll gain accredited qualifications such as; Agile project management and BCS Business Analysis.

When you move into the second and third year of the programme in addition to the qualifications, you'll get with Grayce you will also have a flexible training package to tailor the programme to your individual career goals! You'll receive 1-1 coaching and mentoring in addition to this from your Grayce Delivery Manager, who will be supporting you every step of the way!

Minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline

Ideally some experience working in an administrative/support role

Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately

Excellent communication skills

Self-motivated with a drive to continuously improve

Logical mindset and a love for problem solving
