Our dynamic Data+ programme is designed for graduates with a passion for all things Data! Whether you're looking to specialise in Data Science, Data Engineering, Architecture or BI and Analytics, the Data+ development programme will be able to support you to meet and exceed your career goals.
Grayce analysts are hands on and quickly working in a data driven environment with our clients, all whilst upskilling your technical knowledge and skills through our exceptional and versatile training programme. You'll be training and developing your skills with your peers, and you'll receive 1-1 coaching and formal qualifications.
You'll begin with a 3 week data boot camp, where you will join likeminded graduates and work together to build your foundations in the Data space from Python to SQL, with accredited qualifications and training provided by our talented Grayce coaches.
Once you have completed your initial training, you'll embark on your first project, working in a data role and putting those skills to use in a client-facing environment. With ongoing coaching and mentorship, you will be assigned a Grayce Delivery Manager to support you through your journey with Grayce.
As you develop throughout the 3-year programme, your journey with Grayce could see you advance your career into Data Engineering, Data leadership, Data Science Data Governance or Business Intelligence.
Your career with Grayce doesn't have to end at the end of the three years! As you approach the end of the programme, you'll have ongoing career coaching and ultimately the three-year bespoke development programme will equip you with the necessary skills to kickstart your career in the world of data!
What you'll Need:
2:1 minimum degree with an analytical focus & data handling such as STEM
Flexible and adaptable communicator who can work collaboratively
A love for problem solving and ability to make sense of something complex
An ambition to work with data and an understanding of how it can help organisations make better decisions
Curious and analytical approach and creative thinking
A drive to produce high quality solutions
Dedicated to continuous personal and professional development
Knowledge and understanding of key tools such as Excel, Tableau or Python
Passion and drive to succeed in a commercial business environment
Natural affinity for technology with a desire to improve technical skills
