Job description As a Software Developer at Grayce, you will work within a team, alongside a broad range of stakeholders, analyse needs and develop software. You could be involved in design, testing and recommending software upgrades for existing programs and systems. Through our Tech+ programme, you'll also be part of an active and driven tech community with regular events including Hackathons and much more! You'll gain hands on client experience alongside undertaking various technical courses in which you will learn more about the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), web development including JavaScript and APIs and you will have the opportunity to learn various new languages throughout your time with us. You'll even gain qualifications and certifications in topics such as Cloud Computing and Agile methodologies! In addition to this, you'll be able to tailor your learning and development with us. Requirements To join our Development Programme, you will need: 2:1 or above University undergraduate degree (ideally within a technical subject, but not essential) Self-motivated with a drive to continuously improve Flexible and adaptable approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders. Passion for technology with demonstrable experience through university, self-study or work experience. Capability to work within a fast-paced environment, delivering high quality work to tight deadlines. Benefits
