C# Developer London to £85k

C# Developer / Backend Software Engineer (C# .Net SQL) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a bright, ambitious C# Developer with Front Office trading systems experience? You could be progressing your career at a hugely successful Hedge Fund.

As a C# Developer you will work on real-time Front Office trading applications with a focus on the in-house built portfolio management system. You'll collaborate closely with business users (traders / quants) and Agile software teams and will be able to influence technical decision making. There's a C# .Net, SQL Microsoft based tech stack in a DevOps environment, you'll be focussed on backend development but can also gain exposure to TypeScript and Angular on the front end if desired.

There's a remote interview and onboarding process, following that you'll join the team in London 2-3 days a week in a hybrid work from home model.

Requirements:

You have C# .Net backend development skills, ideally including .Net Core

You have a good knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL, able to performance tune queries

You have experience of working on financial systems, ideally at an Hedge Fund, Asset Manager or Investment bank

You have experience with TDD / BDD and a good knowledge of Agile methodologies

You're collaborative and pragmatic
