This position will appeal to a coder who can teach, train, mentor a cohort of young people. Seeing them develop, learn new skills and ultimately graduate into fully-fledged software developers.

A unique opportunity to work on inspiring the next generation of coders.

To be considered, youll be a capable and confident developer-comfortable working with a group of students through a teaching plan. In addition, youll be working with a tried and tested method of information delivery.

Permanent full-time job - coaching 9 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. Work from home.

The company is HQd in central London office but no more than one day a month. Rest of the month youll be working from your home. The program youll deliver is all done via Zoom.

Coder least 2 of: JavaScript, React, Python, C++, Java, Node.js, HTML CSS.

Desired: OO Languages, ambition, patience.

Starting salary is £50k if you already have coaching leadership experience. On top, there is a lucrative quarterly bonus, £3k bonus. In addition, training will be provided if youre new to coaching/training.
