Power BI Deployment ConsultantA small and rapidly growing Microsoft Partner Consultancy are looking for a Power BI Deployment Consultant to join their expanding team. This is a largely home-based permanent role, with team meet-ups in Manchester once a quarter. They focus on delivering solutions via SQL Server and Microsoft's Power Platform, and are real specialists in Power BI, Power Apps and Automate.This role will be working within their Power Practice, working closely with clients to support their Power BI deployments. Whilst there will still be some elements of dashboard building, the main focus will be on deployment strategies, governance and tenant setup/configuration. It's vital that whoever is coming into this role understands Power BI from an architectural perspective, not just a reporting perspective.This role would be ideally suited to someone who has deployed Power BI within a mid-sized organisation, has rolled it out, been responsible for looking after the set-up and user permissions etc., and is looking to replicate this again. Alternatively, it would be a good match for someone who looks after Power BI within their current organisation, and is looking for an opportunity to implement this elsewhere from the ground-up.This could be a really exciting opportunity for a Power BI enthusiast who is looking to take a step into Consultancy, and add real value to a range of clients by getting them excited about Power BI!Requirements: Ideally experience deploying Power BI within an organisationExperience looking after the Power BI Admin portalExperience with Data Gateways setupExperience governing and managing the Power BI tenantUnderstanding of Power BI from an architectural perspectiveHands-on Power BI dashboard development experience, including use of DAXBenefits: Salary of up to £50,000 depending on experienceSupport towards your Microsoft CertificationsFully remote role with team meet-ups once a quarter Please Note: This is a permanent role for UK residents only.
