Senior CRM Manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) - UK - up to £70,000I am currently working with a global organisation who are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join their team as the company continues to grow. You will manage the team to delivery campaigns across a range of touch points, utilising your strong skill set within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, working closely with the Global Head of CRM. This a great opportunity to work with an innovative company, and take responsibility to drive the CRM platform forward.As the Senior CRM Manager, you will be managing the build of a range of customer journeys, designing end-to-end personalised communications across the segmented database. You will be developing campaigns across the marketing mix, impacting the customer experience as you move them down the purchasing funnel. You will also be working on and taking responsibility for the wider strategy across the CRM function, making it a fantastic opportunity to make your mark within the organisation as the investment in CRM continues to grow. Key skills:Experience using a wide range of Marketing Cloud modules such as Email studio, Automation studio, Mobile studio, Journey builder, Content builder.Building out the Marketing Automation strategyHTML and AMPscript knowledge Stakeholder ManagementCampaign reportingIdeally line management experience This particular organisation have exciting growth plans over the next 2 years, with the CRM function being at the core of this with a huge amount of investment going into this department.
