Key ResponsibilitiesWork with a diverse set of colleagues from across the business to identify user needs and define functional requirements for our digital systems;Use data-driven analysis to identify risks and opportunities in existing systems;Define measurable KPIs and acceptance criteria for functionality and regularly report on system performance;Work with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of product roadmaps and digital strategy;Present findings in an engaging way to a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders;Design and document system processes and support user training;Contribute ideas for new tools, processes and improvements;CompetenciesProblem solving: ability to identify issues and think through solutions;Understanding data: ability to deliver clean, maintainable and insightful systems;Systems design: ability to deliver efficient systems that support user needs;Communication and teamwork: ability to support and enhance the work of colleagues;Self-starter: ability to use initiative to proactively identify risks and opportunities;Organisation: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workload.Person Specification Essential Knowledge and ExperienceExperience of digital product delivery in an Agile environment;Excellent written and verbal communication, and experience of leading workshops and other stakeholder engagement sessions;A strong understanding of data analysis and experience of translating insight into meaningful business improvements;Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and the ability to write clear technical specifications;Experience in business process design, testing, verification and validation techniques.Desired Knowledge and ExperienceExperience of working for a membership organisation;Knowledge of C#, Javascript, Python or HTML/CSS;Formal training in an Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban etc).This role profile is a guide to the work that is required but does not form part of any contract of employment and may change from time to time to reflect changing circumstances.The successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK prior to the commencement of employment.Please click the APPLY button to send your CV for this role.Candidates with experience or relevant job titles of; Process Analyst, Business Planning Analyst, Business System Analyst, Data Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Analyst, Information Analyst, Business Insight Analyst, Business Performance Analyst, Project Analyst, Business Planner, Project Planner may also be considered for this role.
