Responsibilities:

· Effectively communicate, self-manage, and complete assigned projects and project deliverables in a timely manner

· Work with peers and client resources in a team environment to complete tasks and achieve goals

· Understand business need, technical environment, and solution requirements to design the best solutions for clients

· Lead and manage the technical delivery for client solution development projects through the design, build, test, and deploy activities

· Design and implement system integration, data migration, and testing strategies

· Create and maintain SDLC documentation

· Proactively highlight product architecture and deployment issues or risks

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree (CS, MIS, Engineering or Math preferred) or equivalent work experience

· 3+ years' experience as a software development professional with a minimum of 1 year leading the technical delivery of development projects

· Ability and interest to learn new related technologies quickly.

Basic Skills:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present both business and technical information

· Deep understanding of Microsoft platform architecture and technologies

· Full Stack Development with the .NET Framework, Visual Studio, Postman, and DevOps/GIT

· Expertise in 1 or more of the following: ASP.NET and client web development (XML, XSL, ASP .NET, AJAX, HTML, Java Script), Enterprise integration technologies (Web Services, Azure Logic Apps, Dell Boomi, Tibco Scribe), Microsoft SQL Server Database, Analysis, Integration and Reporting Services

Preferred Skills and Experience:

· Microsoft/Office 365 Cloud Services, Security, and Networking

· Application architecture, multi-tiered applications and integration designs between applications and Microsoft products

· Solution development / delivery in a consulting environment

· Developing on Business Application platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Salesforce.com) using available functionality and extensions

· Designing, planning, and executing data migrations

· Azure Web Applications, Logic Apps, Functions, Storage, Data Factory, Synapse, API Development

· Microsoft Certifications
