Excellent opportunity for a Technical Director to join a well-established Fire Protection Service provider in a highly autonomous role, where you'll be a key driver in the company's technical decisions and contribute to their visions to grow.

On offer is the chance to join a rapidly expanding business, with training provided in their niche field of work where you'll have full authority and management of their technical endeavours.

Established over 75-years ago, this business have are a leading provider of Fire Protection services. They have amassed a successful reputation and in line with their growth, and have nearly doubled headcount in the last 18-months. Due to retirement, they are seeking a Technical Director on a 2-year fixed term contract, to take an important position within the business and lead all technical enquiries.

In this role you'll take full ownership in managing the Technical Directorate, this will include developing and implementing their business planning, budget plans and commercial marketing strategy. You'll also lead the Technical Support of their fire safety products and sprinkler systems, and delver their technical programme.

This is a fantastic chance to join leading Fire Protection business in a pivotal which you can really take full ownership for and be a key member of the team.

THE ROLE:

*Manage the Technical Directorate

*Overseeing Technical decisions of the business

*Develop, implement consultancy business plans - budget targets, business planning, marketing management

*Externally represent the business

*Oversee and deliver Technical Programme of the organisation

*2-year Fixed Term Contract

THE PERSON:

*Previous experience in a Technical Directorship position

*Fire Engineering/Sprinkler Systems background preferred

*Engineering Degree desirable

*Experience with: Project Management, People Management, Commercial Skills
