I am working with a client in London who is looking for a BI Manager to come in and cover the outgoing manager until they find a suitable replacement on a substantive basis.My client has a highly efficient team who all work collectively together and require all staff including managers to be hands on in their position and lead from the front.

What's on offer:3-6 month contract,Inside IR35 Band 8b position - day rate £320.00 per dayHybrid working - 1-2 days per week on site.

Position Details:

BI Reporting:Design and development of all Access reports (RTT, Diagnostics and Cancer) to meet current and future business reporting requirements based on national guidance and internal stakeholder engagement.Maintenance of all Access reports (RTT, Diagnostics and Cancer) to meet agreed business reporting requirementsResponsible for the development and automation of long term Demand and Capacity models to allow effective operational management of all elective servicesResponsible for ensuring both Acute and Community Statutory returns are successfully submitted as per national time table.BI Infrastructure:Responsible for the receipt, review and processing of high complex and sensitive data-sets.Responsible for the accurate documentation of the logic used for report extraction.Ensure that any changes to the clinical systems are thoroughly tested and analysed before requesting sign off by Head of Information Services to be deployed into live environment.Lead on the development, maintenance and publishing of internal reports using Trust BI tools like Qlikview and SSRS. Ensure appropriate BI tools are chosen to provide efficient and seamless reports availability to operational teams.Management:Undertake day to day line management of the Trust's information analysts.Facilitate the personal and professional development of the Trust's information analysts including identifying training and development needs, providing suitable development opportunities and evaluating development actions in accordance with the Trust's appraisal and training procedures.Monitor the level and standard of work undertaken by the Trust's information analysts and utilise informal, and if necessary, formal interventions as necessaryIf you have the relevant skill set and experience and are available within the next 2-4 weeks please send your latest CV for consideration.Please click here to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
