The client is looking for a Head of Compliance to join their Engineering organisation and will be overseeing the implementation of management systems and policies across the entire company. They will also conduct investigations into the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental standards within the company, conduct internal audits as well as host external audits on quality, communicate with colleagues, business partners and clients in improving their standards. The role will involve a sense of innovation as the company looks to continuously build upon their quality of work.

The ideal candidate will have a degree and 5 years' experience in a similar industry. They will have strong interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach and experience in a leadership role. They will have excellent customer-facing and technical skills with attention to detail and an ability to work to tight deadlines. Proficiency in Office products is essential.
