As a Sr. UX Designer, you will be part of the EngageOne UX design team that defines end-to-end digital experiences of SaaS products and solutions. Our approach to user experience is grounded in design thinking. We work with our cross-functional product teams to build empathy for our users and then define, build, validate and iterate design concepts.

In this role, you'll take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for our clients around the world. You'll collaborate closely with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process—from crafting user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.


With minimal guidance:

  • Define the user model and user interface for new and existing products and features.
  • Develop low to high fidelity workflows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Gauge the usability of products and make constructive suggestions for change
  • Plan and estimate work
  • Plan, run and synthesize qualitative & quantitative user research, and create a research plan


  • BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, Human Factors/Ergonomics, CS, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting usable digital interfaces
  • An eye for visual design
  • Professional references
  • Must have a portfolio of past design work
