ERP Business Analyst & Change Manager, London, £75,000, Retail, Digital transformation - overhauling WHS, BI & other systems, Implementing new cloud suite solution

A London based international retailer are looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst & Change Manager to join their London based project team to implement a new package of cloud solutions. The role is based on site in Central London 4 days per week with one day to work from home and paying £75,000 + package.

You will join an experienced project team, working under a programme manager in order to work towards the successful implementation of several new systems including Warehouse Management, Merchandise Management and Business Intelligence & Reporting. You will engage with senior level stakeholders to gather and define operational requirements for development and oversee effective testing of the solutions. You will also need to identify training and support requirements as the solutions are rolled out globally.

The requirements are…

• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Knowledge of BI systems is advantageous
• Strong Retail experience
• Experience with gathering and documenting requirements - helping the business discover operational requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
