This job is remote, based from anywhere in the UK.

As a Project Manager for our Professional Services Team,you will work directly with the Precisely Sales team and technical resources to determine client needs, develop and deliver statements of work, then manage the delivery of services to our clients. This role is with the EngageOne team supporting deployment of enterprise EngageOne products and custom solutions providing capabilities to clients to create personalised and omnichannel customer communications on any medium, anytime. The role is client facing and supports mostly clients in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.


  • Work with the Precisely Sales team, technical consultants, and product teams to determine Client requirements, then coordinate the definition of solutions and creation of proposals, statements of work, estimates and high-level delivery plans.
  • Assist the Precisely Sales team through the Services sales process, coordinating Services efforts as opportunities evolve, focused on setting up successful client implementations/ engagements.
  • Post-sale, you will work directly with clients to setup and guide delivery of solutions as scoped. Develop and maintain project plans, coordinate internal and client meetings, and manage Services projects from initiation through to delivery.
  • Monitor projects and mangae project scope, schedules, and costs.
  • Lead project status / stakeholder updates and develop a 'trusted advisor' relationship.
  • Manage risks/issues across projects and escalating where appropriate.
  • Manage Quality Assurance (QA) / testing to ensure quality solutions and successful deliveries.
  • Keep opportunity and project information on internal systems up to date (timesheets, bookings, billings, project revenue forecasts, etc.).


  • Five (5) or more years experience in software solution implementations, delivering customized solutions to a wide variety of industries, with demonstrable experience of working to a defined Project Management methodology.
  • experience working with Clients to understand software solution / project requirements, creating technical proposals, statements of work and, presenting to internally and to Clients at all levels, plus preferably working in a Professional Services organization with client facing Project Management experience.
  • Experience leading enterprise level solution deployments and or implementations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, writing and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with worldwide, multi-cultural colleagues; with customers, and partners.


  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Working knowledge and experience of Salesforce (Lightning), Oracle Netsuite OpenAir Professional Services Automation system and of at least 1 Customer Communication Management platform, e.g. EngageOne.
