IT Procurement Manager, 9 months+, Remote working (with some trips to London), Immediate start! Good Morning!I'm currently looking for an experienced IT Procurement / Services Manager to join a well known organisation based in London on an initial 6-9 month contract, with the possibility of further extension. The organisation are going through a transformation programme of sorts & consequently, I'm looking for someone to come in and essentially work as the IT Procurement Business Partner. Day to day responsibilities will include: Owning the negotiation and management of global contracts, primarily supporting the IT & Services requirements.Serve as the Procurement Business Partner with various internal stakeholders and proactively collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to lead contract negotiation with suppliers; develop negotiation approaches, fallback positions and acceptable terms and conditions through completion and identifying key benchmarks to measure contractual arrangements.Oversee the entire contract process - Manage contract renewals, amendments, Master Agreements, Work Orders and Purchase Orders for suppliers across the globe.Responsible for the distribution of RFPs, bidder fact finding questions, contractual analysis of proposals received, and assistance in the down-selection process and recommendations.Build relationships with project stakeholders including legal, tax, Regulatory, and vendors and various business stakeholders that enable the procurement organisation to provide global support including facilitation, project tracking, risk escalation and best practice sharing for all global contracts.
