The Role
They are seeking a Data and Audience Manager to work on one of their most important global accounts, to drive major innovative and transformative initiatives. The aim is to help their client evolve towards data & audience driven marketing in a platform world, using data strategy, measurement strategy, audience frameworks, ID based activation and personalization at scale, investment modelling and lots more.
  
Collaborating with teams across the organisation to bring cross functional expertise, and an integrated approach to solve the client's challenges, you will deliver audience profiling, KPI framework, media recommendations, etc.
You will be an advocate for transformational work and help to deliver excellence in marketing communications.

Responsibilities include:  Project management of deliverables Development on-going case studies Delivery of actionable Audience Framework, including evolving adtech and data such as AI and cooklieless IDs, and ensuring adoption by local markets Development and creation of target profiles/customer segments for planning initiatives using planning tools Knowledge of GWi, TGI tools etc Articulating complex concepts in a simple way, especially on how data can help in marketing and communications (Investment, Targeting, Experience, Performance etc ...) Help shape strategic thinking & thought leadership around data for the client Help define the measurement agenda for the client, including. KPIs, other metrics, learning agenda, and foster a measurement and learning culture. Building strong client relationships to understand the needs and requirements in order to initiate and sell-in support and services Fostering a collaborative, cross functional team approach to drive successful delivery and client service. Required Skills and Experience
Background in Data & Analytics within media, creative or digital agency or consulting company Previous experience in a global team is a plus Mix of analytical and creative approaches to work Understanding of media industry tools and systems Confident presenter and storyteller Team orientation Great written work and eye for presentational creativity Energy and resilience Interest in digital media infrastructure, content strategy and audience measurement The role is a hybrid role, with 2 days based in the fun, open and modern central London offices, 3 days from home.  The salary is up to £55k pa for the right person and some great benefits and local business discounts are on offer.
