Trade Floor Support Analyst

£280-320pd Inside IR35 - PAYE Umbrella

As a trusted partner to this world leading banking group we have been tasked with recruiting a contract Trade Floor Support Analyst with relevant experience in financial institutions to support the joint trade floor and its associated systems.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing a stable and reliable IT service delivery function by contributing to the design, maintaining and supporting the Trading Applications and infrastructure to ensure the business have the tools to trade effectively.

* Responding to calls and requests from users, specialists and others and takes appropriate action within defined limits of responsibility or area of specialism to deal with processing priorities as this role includes 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for Treasury/front office systems. Accepts escalations and initiates first-level support action, personally resolving the majority of referred problems.

* Investigating, diagnosing and resolve incidents and problems within service level agreement tolerances, liaising with other Technology/ Front Office Engineering and project teams as necessary.

Key skills including (not all essential);

* Excellent previous IT Service Desk in finance sector / trade floor experience

* Strong knowledge of common Microsoft based operating systems and applications, with emphasis on Windows 7 / 10 and Office 2010.

* Knowledge of Apple Operating Systems, Android / iPhone / iPad.

* Knowledge of PCs and desktop hardware, Laptops, HP/Ricoh printers, Cisco phones, Mobile Devices, BYOD devices, RSA.

* Experience of software such as Altiris, Citrix, Exchange 2010, Appsense, Microsoft App-V, Microsoft Lync / Teams.

* Ability to take ownership of the tickets in their queue, with the skills to manage changing priorities. Maintain and document progress of tickets. Experience of ticketing systems (ServiceNow, SBM).

* Active Directory administration experience.

* Blackberry UEM administration and provisioning.

* Knowledge of Reuters and Bloomberg Desktop applications, trading systems

*Inside IR35 (PAYE Umbrella): This contract is offered on a PAYE basis (via an umbrella company). The total amount paid to your umbrella company includes Employers NI, Pension Contributions and the Apprenticeship Levy. Upon application we can provide a full breakdown document.
