Cross-train as a Salesforce specialist with Revolent
Do you have a background in Business Analysis and are proficient in a second language? Do you have experience with requirement gathering, creating user stories, documentation, or stakeholder management?
Revolent are looking for skilled tech professionals to cross-train as a Salesforce certified Consultants, and work as a Salesforce Business Analyst for a leading boutique Salesforce partner. Best of all, you'll be paid through it all - even your training!
Over two years, you'll gain the skills, certifications, and paid work experience as a Business Analyst that you need to kick-start a fantastic new career in Salesforce.
The opportunity
Over an initial 8 week training period, you'll learn the skills you need to wield Salesforce for your client. We'll also support you to gain your industry certifications as an official Business Analyst.
Once you're trained and certified, you'll work with our client as a fully certified Business Analyst, giving you that all-important work experience that will help you stand out in the Salesforce jobs market
As part of our commitment to creating incredible talent as a Salesforce authorized training provider, we'll also provide you with your own personal career development coach, and a tailored learning and development plan.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for people with a background in Business Analysis and experience with at least one software development cycle, in a commercial setting. Additionally, you'll have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as these are essential for this role.
Please note: Candidates applying for this program must be fluent in written and spoken English and proficient in any of the following languages; French, German, Dutch, Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese.
Ideally, candidates will also have experience with:
The best candidates will also be able to demonstrate a range of professional traits outside of raw tech experience, including: a data-oriented mindset, collaboration, strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, and previous technology consulting experience.
