I am in the process of recruiting for an experienced Project Manager who wants to work in CRM with Norwegian and foreign customers, for a company based in Norway. I am looking for someone who is an experienced project manager with good leadership skills.Your Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead projects that vary in calendar, hour, and participant scopeCooperating with external players, as well as other return lines such as ERP, Ehandel and Data & Analytics is importantManage and lead 1-4 parallel projects depending on the degree of the load the individual projects entailWe would like you to have:Experience of project management from the supplier side in software delivery projects to external, paying customers - including experience from being responsible for delivering on contracts and on the legal and commercial prerequisites and conditions in such projectsExperience of project management as a full-time jobExperience in project management and being directly responsible for the management of the contract and mandate, for status and case submissions to steering groups, and for reporting directly to the sponsor/ project ownerExperience from relatively large and/or complex implementation/upgrade projects within CRM or ERPExperience with different types of project methodologiesPreferably a master's degree, minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalentAt least one recognised certification in project management (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner)This company is a global IT service and consulting organisation in the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital business solutions.What the client can offer you:Opportunity for international projects in one solid companyFlexibility in everyday work, a good social environment, and nice colleaguesExciting customer projects, as well as challenging and varied taskMentoring scheme and competence developmentVarious schemes for Bonus and insuranceAnd more!
