Talent Acquisition ResourcerLocation: RemoteContract Length: 6 monthsRate: £240 per/day (Inside IR35)My client is looking to hire a 6-month Talent Acquisition Resourcer/Researcher who has a track record of sourcing commercial and technical candidates.This role may suit an agency Resourcer, Researcher or Recruitment Consultant looking to move into an in-house sourcing position. Equally open to in-house Resourcer's looking to broaden their experience in different market.Responsibilities: Utilising appropriate sourcing and research tools (e.g. Job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, referrals etc) effectively and maximising opportunities for passive candidate engagement through events such as networking, alumni, careers fairs etcBuilding talent pools for future vacancies and maintaining effective communications with candidatesDeveloping competitor mapping and creating headhunt long listsPhone screening candidates and supporting managers with interviewsYou will actively source for roles based in EMEA and the Americas and be required to provide weekly reporting on progress and market intel. Criteria:Workday Experience - PreferredThis role requires basic experience in the Human Resources & Sourcing and Recruiting.Experience in identifying and attracting tech professionals.Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).Strong oral and written English communication skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrable experience (agency, inhouse or RPO) utilising a variety of sourcing methodologies to identify and engage specialist or high in demand technical candidates.Candidate screening and interviewing experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with clear KPI's to be achieved.To apply or to be considered for the role then please do forward your CV.
