Workplace Architect/Enterprise Architect - Workday- Remote (some travel may be required to Hammersmith London & Leeds)-6 months Location: Remote (some travel may be required to Hammersmith London & Leeds)Duration: 6 months About the client :Our client enables people and businesses throughout the world to realize their full potential by creating technology that transforms the way people work, play, and have fun. Key Technical Skills :Experience of operating in a senior technology role within a fast-paced online/eCommerce organisation.Experienced in federated organisationDemonstrable experience of leading at scale to successfully develop and deliver business change and strategic objectives.It is desirable to have knowledge and experience of previous Workday implementations.Extensive experience of stakeholder management, up to and including C-suite.Substantial experience of workplace architecture and technologies, such as Microsoft, Okta, Atlassian and Slack, as well as cyber security architecture and current IT Security standards.Excellent understanding of Service Management and Service Lifecycle frameworks

Accountabilities:Work closely with the HR Programme team, implementation partner (PWC) and Workday to ensure the successful implementation of the global Workday HR solution.Liaise with the in scope Flutter divisions and brands to ensure their understanding of the requirements and support them with the design, implementation and go live of the solution.Act as a design authority where required for Enterprise technology based solutions inputting into the overall Workday solution.Engage with group and division security functions to ensure the solution adheres to global security policies and standards.Engage with Service functions to design appropriate new global service processes to support a global HR tool.Embrace the group and foster a culture of knowledge share, innovation and collaboration, developing standardised ways of working. GeneralSupport the development and delivery of a Workplace Strategy that ensures the group workplace technology aligns to our overall key technology strategies and business goals.Design/architect key group workplace platforms and tooling via appropriate hosting solutions (i.e. Cloud), ensuring alignment with wider Infrastructure and Security solutions to optimise overall business value.Drive group engagement, developing and implementing best practice to create a secure workplace, aligning with security controls, compliance and standards.Serve as the thought leader for global initiatives - The successful person will provide learnings and insights across each of the divisional entities within the group.Maintain a commercial and cost-conscious approach, ensuring group opportunities are realised.
