My client is looking for a SAP Project Manager, to join their customer who works in the oil and gas industry. The project will run for 11 months in length with scope for extension. In your role, you will support the team by communicating with team members, ensuring that the team remains focused and on track, including addressing any conflicts or bottlenecks, create a vision around the project to provide team members with a sense of purpose and motivation. Foster a workplace atmosphere that helps bring out the best in the team and ensure that SAP is implemented in accordance with the client's needs. You will play an essential role in helping to foster a high-performing working environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities in this role include SAP integration and creating project management reports; investigating operational needs and implementing improvements; providing training sessions that lead toward the organisation-wide adoption of SAP methodologies; managing internal stakeholders and keeping them informed as you identify and understand the functional or business requirements of the project. Further responsibilities will be discussed directly with the client, experience in People/Resource Management is advantageous.

You will ideally have:

* In-depth experience and knowledge of SAP Project Methodology
* Experience managing stakeholders
* Speak fluent English

Ideal candidates will have (although it is not a necessity):

* Previous experience in the oil industry
* Good people management skills
* Previous leadership experience
* Speak NorwegianCandidates must be based in Norway, Denmark, or Sweden
