The Role Our Technology department is building innovative digital learning solutions for language learners and teachers across the world with the new Cambridge One platform at the heart of this ecosystem. We work in agile scrum framework in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment.

We are currently looking for collaborative team leaders to join our Technical Consulting and Analysis team. These are newly created roles to support our growing team of technical consultants and to enable our expanding portfolio of work. In this role you will develop a deep understanding of the vision for the English language learning propositions, customers and products with a wide horizontal knowledge of the technology capabilities across the business and the industry insights. You will provide direction and support to the team in analysis and design of solutions spanning platforms and services across the business. You will manage a team and ensure that the best outcomes for the business and customers are delivered by them. About you You have worked in a role interfacing with the business and engineering teams to bridge them and jointly create commercial technical solutions to complex customer problems You have a broad technical knowledge and keep abreast of technology with an interest in education technology innovations and developments You are a natural collaborator with experience working in a matrix environment ideally in an agile organization. You can demonstrate how you have driven difficult pieces of work to a successful conclusion and how you build strong relationships with stakeholders across organization to achieve that You have a strong interest in people leadership and team development qualities and can demonstrate how you motivate and inspire those around you to succeed.
