We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of HR Project Manager Role Purpose / Day to Day: Day to day project management/ PMO across a number of flagship projectsCo-creating and building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and changesManaging project delivery proactively, balancing planning, scope, schedule, budget, communications and risksDrafting programme proposals and updates for senior stakeholderReporting and managing progress, issues, dependencies and risks to project or programme leadership and committees (as appropriate) and making recommendations to influence decision making, in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisationManaging governance operating rhythm and required inputsProviding guidance and maintaining a focus on how the project aligns to wider programme objectives, where appropriate, and to the change portfolio across HSBCConducting review and analysis of data, MI, and associated trends to support the articulation of specific problem statements and facilitating solution definition and deliveryManaging relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Includes working alongside project (HR, Communications etc.) stakeholders, to assess and resolve issues / blockers to the delivery of the projectWorking with project controls and procedures, adhering to HSBC project standards and working in alignment with HSBC project methodology at all timesKnowledge of HR departments/core functions, and the execution of business projectsUnderstanding of HSBC Group structures, values, behaviours, processes and objectivesGood understanding of project and implementation management in the context of a HR/People transformationKnowledge of key project and programme management risks and considerationsKnowledge of the external environment - regulatory, political, competitors etc. Experience Proven experience of positive, challenging interactions with senior stakeholdersProven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural diverse work environmentsProven ability in successfully managing and delivering complex global / regional change initiatives at scaleKnowledge of the Global businesses and broad understanding of the role of HR in an organisationProven experience in operating in a project manager role across a number of projectsProven experience of managing financial and operational controls across a number of projects CapabilitiesStrong relationship management and influencing skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levelsProject Management skills, including planning, tracking, reporting and governance capabilitiesRisk and issue managementAbility to work positively as part of a teamAbility to work remotelyStrong written/verbal communication and presentation skillsGood organizational skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to solve problems creativelyAnalytical skills Qualifications and Accreditations Typical qualifications would include a Bachelor's degree / equivalent experienceDesirable - professional qualifications in Project Management e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP) If you think you are up for the task and feel you meet the above criteria or interested to hear more information, please contact me on
