ERP Support/Helpdesk Consultant, HasseltOne of our client, which provides advanced and fully integrated business solutions to wholesalers across Belgium, is looking to onboard an ERP Support/Helpdesk to join their ERP Support Team.This is a great opportunity to make a difference and gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of ERP! You will provide high level support to their customers in the wholesale industry, who work with their ERP software product. Role responsibilities: Deliver support to customers on a high level for our ERP package.Identify solutions and preventive measures to improve the overall customer experience,Ensure and assist in the achievement of set departmental targets at individual, team and corporate level,Ensure that all matters are carried out in accordance with customer agreements,Keeping customers continuously and fully informed with regard to the set expectations and fulfilling agreements in a timely manner,You are able to solve a problem case from A to Z independently using the right procedure and with the right internal departments, while keeping the customer informed and representing his or her interests in order to keep customer satisfaction as high as possible Skillset: Good IT skills with at least 1 years' experience in an IT helpdesk role or a keen interest in IT.Knowledge of current Microsoft environments and applications is a must.Dutch fluent and good command of French are requiredKnowledge of any ERP systems is a plus.Good communication and listening skills and a professional, customer-oriented attitude.
