ITSM PROJECT MANAGER - TELCO - OSLO, NORWAYA major global client is in the early stages of a new project in the telco industry, and needs multiple ITSM professionals to join the team in Oslo.The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in a similar role, such as Service Manager, Senior Consultant, or Project Manager.The site is located in Oslo and candidates MUST have Norwegian citizenship. Skill Set:Extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and handling various clients' accounts to deliver resultsManage the Program/Project E2E delivery of global ITIL processes & ServiceNow platform implementation for Business & IT users.Exposure in setting up Service Integrator Organization for multiple clients.Experience in CMDB data load for non-discovery data.Experience in analysis of Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB data, removal of duplicate CI and maintaining the foundational data.Experience in migration of Service catalog, Knowledge articles, and implementation of Service Portal, Schedule Reports and ITSM.Perform Periodic audits, Gap Analysis and provide ideas for Process improvements.A minimum 7-8 years' experience in a similar role (Senior Consultant) within the telecommunication sector is a strong assetThorough knowledge of ITIL Processes, ServiceNow capabilities.Having experience of doing Due Diligence of IT landscape, understand complexity and able to provide effort estimate for Processes in scope.English is required.
