AWS Cloud Engineer / AWS Linux Systems Engineer, London, Fully Remote/Hybrid, £80,000-£120,000Role & ResponsibilitiesThe purpose of the role is to ensure high systems availability across a multi-cloud environment, enabling the business to continue meeting its objectives. This role will be mostly AWS / Linux / Terraform focused. Any exposure to Azure will be viewed favorably.Desire to maintain full hands-on status in AWS public cloud at this stage as the focus is primarily on project workload deployment.Operations

* Deliver end-to-end technical and user support across AWS primarily. Azure to a lesser extent.

* Day to day, fully hands-on OS management responsibilities (Linux operating systems Take an ownership role in delivering technical projects, ensuring best practise methods are followed. This includes reviewing/scrutinising pre-designed LLDs and ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose prior to deployment.Assist several internal DevOps teams when support required but note, this is primarily not a devops engineer roleSkills & ExperienceExpert level AWS generalist / Infrastructure generalist (Databases, networking, Security, cost/performance optimisation)Expert level Linux OS knowledgeStrong Terraform experience in a production environment AWS / Terraform / Redhat Professional Certifications Must be able to demonstrate hands-on implementation of LLDs and maintaining best practise AWS solutions.
