A specialist provider of consumer credit is looking for a new Senior Manager to join and help lead their new Digital Analytics team. The London based Digital Products Team is accountable for the acquisition journey of credit card and loans products. What will you be doing day-to-day? LeadershipLead a Digital Analytics Team of experts that drive forward progress in digital capability and value for the businessYou will create a vision for the team and build a strategy and roadmap that delivers to this visionCollaborating with a variety of internal teams using Digital Analytical tools every day such as Marketing Teams who heavily rely on channel performance, campaign effectiveness insights and channel attribution modelling Supplier manager of thwe organisation's Analytics agency, delegating their time effectively to drive maximum value and also support Digital Marketing Agencies on a consultative basis for their digital analytical needsBe accountable for the impacts that digital tools have on the business including regulatory frameworks, cookie policies, tooling upgrades, vulnerabilities and security

Technical implementation

You will be working directly with two development teams that form part of the wider Digital Products. Your role is to ensure they understand all technical implementation requirements related to system/data integrations, data integrations, reporting, tracking and taggingDefine technical standards that all development teams need to follow for all implementationBe able to advise on data architecture, finding opportunities to better link our various data sources Performance analysisYour team will provide regular and real time reporting against Commercial targets and be expected to do deeper dive analysis to support new product / feature launchesYou will proactively provide insight and recommendations that will drive an uplift in conversion and solve customer problemsYou will ensure data accuracy and integrity and be expected to audit, monitor, debug and resolve complex data issues and discrepanciesProfileSenior Manager Digital Analytics - Consumer Credit You will lead a team that owns and is accountable for Digital Analytics tools and capability and as the Digital Analytics expert you will: Have deep technical knowledge of - Google Marketing Platform (Google Analytics 360 and Google Tag Manager), Appsflyer, BigQuery and OptimizelyDemonstrable experience with implementing these digital tools in other organisations of similar sizeDemonstrable analytical expertise, ideally related to optimising an acquisition or checkout journeyStrong leadership and communication skills including managerial experience across technical implementation and analysis Your Skills and Experience ESSENTIALExpert with GA360, GTM, Appsflyer, Optimizley and BigQueryStrong analytical and problem solving skills.Solid understanding of conversion rate optimisationAdvanced working knowledge of SQL, Big Query and/or databasesStrong understanding of customer experience and behaviour onlineExperience with JavaScript/HTML.Strong commercial ability and know-howAbility to deliver large scale projects.Ability to manage a number of stakeholders at all levels of the business.
