We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to come and join the Office for National Statistics (ONS) to help deliver a number of programmes and projects throughout the whole organisation.

As a Business Analyst you will work in a multi-disciplinary team, investigating and analysing business / user needs ensuring outcomes are aligned with the service vision and business strategy.
You will help us to understand the products and services we need to build, working directly with the business and with technology teams in the delivery of the products and services.
Core to this role is:
Understanding user / business needs
Breaking those needs down into high quality requirements
Using a variety of BA tools/models to elicit and communicate those requirements
Analysing multiple possible solutions
Supporting the communication and delivery of the solution meeting the user needs
Analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
